Learn and build together, enjoy some complimentary food and drinks, share experiences and have a good time. Please read through the general info below to make sure you arrive prepared.
Who is this for?
Developers who want to make better games. Developers working in the games industry or students working towards doing so. You don't need any prior experience in Defold for the training, but you should have some experience in making games.
What you will learn
Defold is a powerful tool used for professional game production. We will provide you with hands-on experience, allowing you to continue to explore and learn Defold by yourself. After the training, you will have a good understanding of the core concepts of Defold and know your way around the editor and be able to create simple prototypes based on your own ideas.
Defold is a cross platform game engine for creating high performing 2D games. It's used in several projects within King and by a growing number of indie developers. It is completely free of charge to use for building and publishing games.
